do i blend the egg whites?, scramble? please be precise; also, do i mix it with something, water? how many tbsp or cups?

you need to add extra virgin olive oil to the whole egg and mix it... the amount of oil is up to you it really depends on how shiny you want your hair...

Dear first most important thing NEVER put egg white in your hair it gives you Grey hair, put only the egg yoke. If your hair is long 2 yokes if short 1 is enough with 1 tablespoon cooking oil and 1 tablespoon Olive oil. I know you are thinking,"Cooking Oil", well just try it it will make your hair like silk. I read it on a Loreal website and it really worked.

Well you certainly don't COOK them!!
Just break a couple into a small bowl, beat them enough to blend, and then coat your towel dried hair (after washing) with the mixture. Wrap with cellophane (kitchen plastic wrap) for five to ten minutes, remove plastic wrap and discard. Then rinse completely with cool water.
