you should break up with her if you no longer trust her, or no longer love her.
proof is irrelevant if you let it wreck your relationship anyway.

If you knew out loud with prove, would you make the same decision. to leave or stay?
Relationships are built on TRUST. DO you TRUST HER.?
If its true, Could you 2 repair this and Trust Again?
If you cant get prove or her to admit guilt.
Can you just put it behind you. And keep the Trust?
Answer those and do what you need to do for you.
My opinion: is u don't trust and wont be able to put it behind you. why ? because of the way your question reads

You shld know if she's lying or not.
If ur heart's already messed up by this nagging suspicion and you will can never trust her again, break up so you both won't have any more unhappy quarrels.
Be with someone whom u can trust.
These doubts you have are a sign of stg else tt's wrong with the relationship.

I would have said nothing to her if i was just a suspension and only if i had hard proof that she cheated and now you to need to break up cause you can't be together like that with suspicious minds.

thats not really very fair is is? if the boot were on the other foot n she were accusin you how would you feel? thers obviously no trust there on your part so maybe you should break up anyway? you cant be trully happy in a relationship if your always askin what if.

If you honestly think that she COULD cheat on you, you need to break up.
If you don't have at least that level of trust, than the relationship is already over.
