Yes dogs can eat fish, bones skin and all. Here in Alaska we fed salmon whole to our dogs, some times frozen or dried and they love it.

Of course dogs can eat fish. Just follow the same guidelines you would use if you were feeding it to a young child. No bones-no sushi, etc...If it is a kind or part of a fish you wouldn't eat-don't give it to your dog!

Dogs are pretty omnivorous--they'll eat anything.
But I would imagine that they don't have a taste preference for fish, because in the course of nature, a dog simply cannot catch a fish, unlike bears or cats, which are adapted to do so.

Yes they can. In fact there are quite a few dog foods now that have fish in the ingredients.

Yes! Fish is one of the best foods you can give a dog. It's great for their skin &coat, ,joints and muscles. And it's brain food;if you give it to puppies,it can actually make them easier to train.

Fish would be a good protein source if you are sure there are no bones in it.
