Mate, I was born there so don't preach to me about life in the Middle East.
They are the nicest, most hospitable people in the world.
And you're not.
And we Muslims know we treat our ladies like queens.
And you don't.
Tough. Get over it. Or atleast start treating your women right and not like property.
EDIT: To the latin bozo down there, I know from my travels that people are good everywhere, whether Muslim or Christian or Buddhist or Jewish or Hindu. Again, don't preach to me about people and the 'poor oppressed Middle East women' crap because you're making a complete fool of yourself.

The question for Aziz is very valid. Although I too am a muslim, yet I believe that reply of Aziz is total lie. We, as a whole, do not treat our wives as queens but as servants and much less. We are frustrated people, always ready for confrontation. Some of our brothers sell the gold ornaments of their mothers and sisters to get money to go to west or america. Why, because they are living in bad environments. And when they are able to get a chance to live abroad, they start shouting that their own country was much better. If it was better then why did you leave ir. It is really a stupidity of extreme nature. So I will say again that question is very valid and reply of Aziz is LIE.

I don't know who you are talking about, but its ridiculous how you have labeled a behavior on peoples from throughout the vast region that is the Middle East. Cultures, beliefs, practices vary just as much there as things vary across our country. I am guessing that you actually have very little firsthand experience with what the Middle East is like. Sure there are a minority of people who do not treat women well there, but you are labeling all Middle Easterners as sexist. Don't even start with this if you don't know what you are talking about.

A great number of them want to live in the USA and Europe as their hope is to bring the nonbelievers to their way of thinking which is not compatible to democracy and woman's rights. I didnt say all. there are scores of Muslims who are democratic oriented.

Well i am a muslim woman, living in the mid-east and i am very comfortable with my life, i am here treated way more better than the way i would be treated in your "civilized" western societies.

Actually Aziz Latin America is the most hospitable culture and over there, it is a matriarch society.
