It's VERY simple and yet escapes most people...
Get on a schedule.
Goto sleep every night around the same time (+/- 15 minutes say), and always have your alarm set for the same time. Make sure you allow 7.5 - 9 hours for sleeping (I'm a sucker for that snooze button some mornings so allow for an extra hour of sleep when I need it).
Keep this up for a few months (weekends too) or however long you need to.

Hi well for me i sent loads of alarms one on my phone and on my alarm clock. If i dont set the alarms its not that i wont wake up or sleep in its because i wont sleep bacause i would be frightend of missing the alarm. So this is the only way for me, Also i have one clock set a the correct time and the others 10-20 minutes fast so i go by these clocks to get up earlier and have the others so i know what the actuall time is.

Make sure that you sleep at least 8 hours because that's the prescribed number of hours.
if it comes naturally to you to hit the snooze button, then have someone call you up instead, advisably, a nagger, or have someone in the house wake you up. Tell the person to tickle your feet if you don't stand up and wake up.

I use the alarm on my cell phone, and I have found that the best way to wake up is to put the phone on the other side of the room, full volume. Then find the most annoying song or tone you can ((I have been using "She Bangs" -William Hung)), and you will jump up and turn it off because the sound is so annoying! :)

Put the alarm clock across the other side of room so you have to get out of bed to turn it off.
