Legally, there is nothing that can be done to legally retrive the money from her.

The local Russian police will not do anything to search for her.

The Russian lady probably provided you with a fictitious name, a fictitious home address and most importantly, a fictitious picture that she probably "cut & paste" from the internet.

The bank account the Russian lady provided is probably closed by now.

Foreign Banks do not require as much identification documents to open a simple checking account.

I am afraid you are out $3,000.00 and you will just have to chalk it up to poor judgement.

Next time take a vacation, buy a 500 dollar ticket to Russia to meet the chick, and based on that visit decide whether you still want to give the chick that money. As of right now, you flushed your cash down the drain. And oh, the picture you have is fake. Plucked somewhere of the internet. It's not her, dummy!

it really is probable a scam. in case you may have sufficient money it, deliver the money, and be conscious if she involves the u . s . a . or comes up with an excuse as to why she did not come, and needs extra money. then you actually can say you spent that money properly, on a efficient lesson. Uh.... only don't be dumb sufficient to deliver money the 2d time. it truly is an fairly hassle-free scam, and far of adult adult males fall for it each day.

dang you must be one desperate guy, sending $3k to some chick you don't know. you can't even give someone you do know that kind of money and expect to get it back. you're so desperate that you couldn't even meet someone in you're own town?
i suggest you forget about the money cause it's not comming back, insted focus on meeting someone within your own area, and try not to be so desperate, it reaks to us women, we don't want that. oh, and when you do meet someone, don't let them know you did that.
