my girlfriend Brittany has this x boyfriend that won't leave us alone and this time he gave her a fat lip, we tried telling her parents but they wouldn't listen, and mine said "you can handle this". He keeps calling her and she keeps hanging up on him and I had to spend the night again becuase last night he was trying to get in her bedroom window I'm 15 and she's almost 13(this December) and we have no idea what to do, he keeps making her cry which makes me haul off and smack him but then she stands up for me and he grabs her and then something else happens and I can't stop him from grabbing her because then she'll just say it's Ok Gerald don't try to stop him you'll just make it worse. I have no idea what to do, I've tried beating him up,yelling, telling parents, monitoring her phone call with ou ther knowledge(since some believed that she was leading him on) and nothing I don't know what to do.

She has to go to the Police and Child Protective Services. If her parents won't get involved, these will make them.

What the?! What is wrong with yours and her parents?! Call the police if he's trying to get in. Her parents let you spend the night with their 13 year old or are you hiding in the closet?! You know, she CAN sleep on the couch. I bet the first time he comes over and there is a police car sitting outside, he won't bother her or come to her window anymore. Try that.

She's too scared to call the police so do it for her. Do it for her own good, even if it means her getting angry at you and wants to leave you for it. Would you rather have a girlfriend who says it's okay that she gets beat up, or would you rather have a possible ex-girlfriend who lives in safety because her abuser is put away?
I know it's a hard decision, but your heart knows what is right.
Call the Domestic Violence hot-lines in your area. They can help you to help her be safe.
BTW, don't hit him. It makes things look bad for you. He can turn around and call the cops on you. Imagine being put away for that and this creep has a free go at your girlfriend!

My goodness kid! If it is that bad call the cops or something. Talk some sense into your parents too....I can't believe that hers don't care that he is sneaking in her window, and that you are having to stay there at night to protect her......Call Child Protective, the Sheriff, 911 something, anyone!!.....you kids shouldn't have to deal with this!! Good Luck!

You and your gf go to the courthouse and put a 'peace bond' against him. If she doesn't want to do that, then it's time for you to find another gf.
