its a pattern in every muslim country. any muslim who criticizes islam, speaks for human rights, support women's rights and and the rights of non muslims in islamic countries are first brutally tortured and then shot.

the same way they did it to Joan of Arc. and just like Sati. i mean man had always proved him to be better than others -- just have a look at the few -- rich/poor society, caste system, Zamindar system, Race/Color prejudice, Gender bias. the list goes on and on.

I think some how you are not in peace. Try to follow your religion, what ever it is, you will find self-respect. And absence of self-respect produces insanity.
No religion in the earth is bad. No religion allows lying, pilfering, misleading, grabbing other belongings, creating hassle and pain for other, immorality, indeed religious people cannot do any offence consciously.
Still being a human, man can do some error due to lacking of proper education, bad environment, and extreme poverty; but for this human mistake religion cannot be held responsible by any means.
In the recent, earth has been experienced by two notorious World War. Number of innocent people died, wounded and next generation of some wounded are still suffering. Nuclear weapons had been used during the 2nd WW and everybody knows consequence. Were they all Muslim who were guilty for these war or what was their religious identity?
Try to learn, you will feel shy for your thinking and when you feel shy you are in the right track. May Allah help you to get right education.

Maybe there might be some truth about what you say. But that is not the teaching of Islam. You can not paint the religion black cos of some few bad eggs. all priests are not child molestors (even though some of them are)

Where is your proof of this? The only torture I've ever heard of is the torture of our people by Americans and Israelis. Abu Graib and Palestine are good examples.

wat muslims r following 2day is not islam. they hav moulded d teachings of muhammad/quran in their own way. islam has taken an altogether new shape. for example, muslims say "un-natural and before marriage sex is forbidden in islam" but even then they do that. muslims say "jehad is not terrorism" but even than they hav themselves given d meaning of jehad as terrorism.
similarly,muhammad never taught torture and inhumanity against anyone, but even than muslims do that.
