The sinus cavities and channels to such cavities are filled with little hairs designed to catch invaders or impurities. The response to repell them at quite a significant force is the sneeze..........marvelous isn't it........

it is our body's defense against any foreign body in our naso-pharyngeal cavity...some people sneeze more than others because of allergies...they are more sensitive to those allergens...and body always reacts to them as foreign body
