Well photoshop can do just about anything with image. You can edit your photos, define your colors, drag someone out of the picture, put someone in, or you can build pictures from scrap, templates, designes, much more. It's a very powerfull, widely used tool.

You can Edit pictures with it by adding texts or brush effects, glowing effects... and other effects
You can draw new pictures with alot of wonderful tools..
And you can design a Websites with it by adding slices in the image and export it as .html file...
