Is it true that Lutino budgies (females) are infertile. Willa lutno male budgie sire young ones.?

No it isn't true.
I have three lutinos budgies.
They all had chicks :

1. Had 2 Vanilla (red eyes) and 3 Lutinos (Mate Male Lutino).

2. Had 2 Lutino, 2 Green and 1 Yellow-head Blue chicks. (Mate Male Green )

3. Only had a Yellow-head Grey chicks. (Mate Male Yellow-head Grey)
