Love is long-suffering and kind. Love is not jealous, it does not brag, does not get puffed up,  does not behave indecently, does not look for its own interests, does not become provoked. It does not keep account of the injury.  It does not rejoice over unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth.  It bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Love is something intangible, something that when you find it, it will never be forgotten. Love is sunlight and moonlight blended as one and the beauty of the sea mingling with the sky's golden splendour. Love is...when you feel more than you could ever feel without it. ;-)
*PS, why is this in the "painting" category?

It has not all that much to do with Painting most of the time. See your category. This is a question that has been asked before here, maybe one of the old questions and its answers will help?

Love is something that shouldn't be asked about in a painting forum, that's for sure...

...unless you love to paint. Then I guess it works.

Love is wanting someone else to be happy, even if that means you aren't the one to make them that way.

Love cannot be described in words but should be felt.

love is from god.. we are in the image of god, there is a spark of the divine god in all of us.. god is behind everything you feel, taste, see, hear and smell.. you try to put your faith into a man, women, family, pet and money.. they wont last...the one who is called for the greatest love is someone who finds God..and when a man finds it, he/she sells everything he owns to have it...but very few every find it... the ruler of this world has blinded the minds of unbelievers so that they will never find god...this is sad to me...my heart aches when i think about this...

but god sent his son... to take all the sins of the world.. this is the greatest love of all... when one finds this truth.. they welcome death.. death is nothing more then a " EXIT sign " from this world,, be glad its there... or this would be a permanent prison..got Jesus ?
