YOUR WRONG THAT HAVING ASSURANCE OF SALVATION GIVES US A LICENSE TO SIN
Eternal security is not a "license" to sin. Rather, it is the security of knowing that God's love is guaranteed for those who trust in Christ. Knowing and understanding God's tremendous gift of salvation accomplishes the opposite of giving a "license" to sin. How could anyone, knowing the price Jesus Christ paid for us, go on to live a life of sin (Romans 6:15-23)? How could anyone who understands God's unconditional and guaranteed love for those who believe, take that love and throw it back in God's face? Such a person is demonstrating not that eternal security has given him or her a license to sin, but rather that he or she has not truly experienced salvation through Jesus Christ. "No one who lives in Him keeps on sinning. No one who continues to sin has either seen Him or known Him" (1 John 3:6).

in Islam only GOOD DEEDS GET U TO HEAVEN, not killing or suicide -- and this applies TO ALL OF THE MANKIND NOT just MUSLIMS..
i love u as much as i love my brother. u havent harmed neither me nor my family nor my country, so why would i bear grudge against u for no reason. freindship, love and respect shouldnt be bound or limited to religions, faith. and u are not going to Hell just because u are from a different Faith. each and everyone of us will be judged by our DEEDS. so hope to see u in Heaven sometime. Allah has always brought those Righteous and honored them.

a true muslim will always be patient, forgiving, kind, and enduring. a haughty, disrespectful and harsh person cant be a muslim. u should tolerate and be pateint until the last breathe of ur tolerance.

as far as MATYRDOM IS CONCERNED -- even a WOMAN who DIES during LABOR is a MATYR IN ISLAM.
UNJUST fighting and killing of someone is a TRANGRESSION AND SIN in ISLAM. but when people attack my family, my country, my country people -- then it is my responsibility to try making PEACE with the enemy. but if the enemy denies my peace and freindship and is still hellebnt on hurting people i love or even me, then i need to take a stand and SELF-DEFEND. so in this case, fighting which is a sin will become permissible.
u can understand this verse best with the verse 190 -191 in same surah.

And FIGHT NOT WITH THEM AT the INVIOLABLE PLACE OF WORSHIP UNTIL THEY ATTACK YOU THERE, but IF THEY ATTACK YOU(there) THEN SLAY THEM. Such is the reward of disbelievers.
ONLY WHEN ATTACKED. -- those words should be given attention to.

No one can get into Heaven through good works. On the Day of Judgment, when all of humanity will stand before God, He will allow people to enter paradise only by His Mercy. Good deed/works will allow you to have a greater place in heaven, but is no guarantee that you will get in initially.
God's greatest condition in Islam is to believe that there is only ONE God. Believing in multiple gods is the unforgivable sin. Therefore, even belief in Jesus Christ as God does not appear to fulfill this. However, if by God's Mercy, he accepts the Christians with their misguided beliefs, that will be from His Wisdom.
God is the one and only Savior.

You just contradicted yourself: its Christianity that beleives that whatever you do, as long as you confess and "beleive" in Christ as the son of God, you will be "saved".
Muslims must have pure faith to get into heaven, but their actions must reflect their faith, otherwise, it would indicate that that Muslim does not fear and love God, which would be a sign of a flawed faith.
I agree with what someone posted above: just out and say that all Muslims are going to hell without making a worse fool of yourself.

You're absolutely right! My question to the Muslims is why do they think flying a plane into a building full of people assurance of salvation? If that's not the opposite of intelligence, I don't know what is.

thats ironic..
cuz thatz wut christians have,... u all know that u'll be forgiven by believin in jesus or by confessing etc etc...
there is NOTHING like this in Islam
just believinn in Allah is not everything,,..... i mean this is NECESSARY but u have to do alot of other things too!!
u have to do goood deeds.. live a pious life...etc etc...
