I saw this really nice looking guy on myspace. He added me as his friend, and we have loads in common and he is very cute. The only problem is that he lives in LA and I live in SF, I will be moving down to LA probably in Jan for grad school, but what can I do til then? How can I get this guy to like me without looking like a weirdo, so that, maybe we could speak on the phone, or something like that?

Be yourself, not something you're not. Honesty and being straight forward without being overbearing is always a plus in any type of relationship. Believe in yourself, and let nature run it's course, arrange to meet and go from there , who knows maybe eventually it may lead to more , it depends on what you both want.

I'd buy a gun before meeting anybody through myspace. Something small and packs lot of power. Just don't shoot yourself if he turns out to be ugly gay dude looking nothin like the photo.
