The very first time you notice her, make her aware you are around by giving a really cute smile, on the second time you see her say hi and then the third time say how are ya and then on the fourth time get in to some conversation depending on the situation you are and generally talk, and eventually it will appear that you both talk quite regularly and eventually she will develop some respect for you and appreciate your conversation, and thats when she opens up to you, as long as you dont go breaking anyones trust and be true to yourself and her, and not let any peer pressure get the better of you after you all you are making an impression and you are trying to understand the girl, and thats when you move forward slowly and get to know the girl well.
