ended up falling in love and having kids, can they still be reported?

This happened 4 years ago, now they have 2 kids and are happily married.

What they did was illegal. But it would be pretty **** to report them. It seems that though the marriage was conceived of as a sham--it did not turn out that way.

In fact, under the circumstances it might even be difficult to prosecute them. Although I don't know all the details--it seems arguable they planned on the wedding being a sham--but in fact it was not.

Any rate this is not the type of people who should be prosecuted. They have a family and I assume are good citizens--making a contribution to America--hurting absolutelty no one.

OF COURSE NOT..if they are married and have kids, etc HOW can anybody prove that this was a marriage of convenience at the time! The INS looks for case where people marry and then DON'T stay together ...not the case here so there is nothing to report. WHY do you care anyway.. if they had met outside of the USA and got married SHE could have legally moved to the USA with him ... this is no different if they are now happily married ..leave them alone .. let's worry about the REAL illegals ..

Seems the very least you could do is come up with a name that's not so utterly ridiculous if you are going to try to look like a white guy, Pod. P.
