A pound of fat = 1 pound
A pound of muscle = 1 pound

now if your talking about size fat takes up more space than muscle to weigh the same

Yes, it does.....but don't confuse this with people who say things like "I'm weighing a little more because my fat is TURNING INTO muscle." NOT! It don't work that way!

fat itself is lighter than muscle, but its hard to cut it off, to test it.
