Okay, sorry guys, but this is TRUE! I have experienced 2 white, 3 hispanic, and 4 black men over the years, and the black men were definitely all bigger than the white men, and only 1 hispanic guy was comparable to the smallest black man I was with.
It's not all black men I'm sure, but my oh my... when you get the one that is. Bigger is definitely better girls! Don't let them lie to you =)

black men do not have 'larger' penises than other ethnic groups. penis size is generally related to the size of a man. the larger the man, generally the larger the penis. since black men tend to be more statuesque than other ethnic groups (asian, caucasian, etc.) they tend to have penises on the larger side. so the answer is yes and no. if that makes sense.
