If a US citizen is robbed,killed,raped or asaulted by an illegal,shouldn't the family have the right to sue the current administration for not securing the border?it's not like they don't know what's happening,they see the thousands of illegals crossing the border every day on TV and they know many are criminals crossing with drugs well armed and dangerous

I mentioned the very thing once before. In the presidential oath the president swears to uphold our Constitution. In our Constitution we are promised to be protected from invasion from other countries. Unsecure borders, especially after 9-11, is NOT protecting us!! Every citizen of the United States of America should be legally able to file a lawsuit against the government for breach of promise, breach of oath of our Constitutional rights. We are also being robbed blind by illegal immigrants coming in here earning money here and sending it back to their countries, losing revenue for the USA forever. NOT RIGHT!!

Good idea...however, the government has what is known as governmental immunity. This explains why the politicians feel so free to harm us on a daily basis.
The only real solution is a revolution. Sadly, there is too much apathy for this to get off the ground. Therefore, just prepare yourself for many more kicks in the teeth.

Yes. I understand that 9,000 Americans are killed by illegals every year. I think there should be a class action suit.

I always wonder... Have those against immigrants ever traveled anywhere beyond their state? Have they traveled overseas? Because in that case, they'd LOVE diversity, and have a real blast enjoying what makes us all different!
Not traveling, or getting out enough does what it does to animals locked up: They get caged dementia.... Poor things

11th amendment immunity would apply, gee f we could then we could file suit against GWB for killing our toops in Iraq! Duh.
If that were the case I wnat damages for what your ancestors did to mine, when they illegally came here by todays standards and made heros out of rapists, and mass murders!
