As a hard core darwinist, i think Noah missed the point. The plan for saving the earth involved him putting all animals in the ark, and then stayed out. But god saw that not only Noah and his extended family had lived to perpetuate the piromaniac monkeys, but also now there was ecological imbalance! Every critter Godd killed was an überinportant piece in his five-day work of art, and he had ruined it! So he never did it again.

Biblically, because it wasn't possible to build an Ark big enough for all animals and they couldn't swim. This is the plight of every animal caught in the flood without an ark.

As is often the case God knows about the cataclism b4 it happens and then uses it to promote His plan. The evidence is that an asteroid hit earth and caused the flood. When the universe was created there were physical rules set into action, while it is my opinion that God can intervene in at least some of these for ordained physical realities He does not often do so. Just like all those storys about time machines you see there is a chain reaction (every action has a reaction). We just do not understand all that. So the answer is I do not know.
I believe that this story does not mean God has no compassion, and that there is more to it than we understand.

Who knows why God likes to kill humans and animals in the Bible.

It does seem odd because the Bible describes Him getting angry and wrathful about things, as if He is surprised. But the flaw in this concept is that God cannot be surprised. He knows everything and exists without time. So He would have known before He created Adam that the human race would displease Him, which begs the question why He didn't do a better job of creating it.

It was a very sinful world that God destroyed. Sin causes disease, especially when there is immoral sexual practices involved. Many times because there are people into beastiality, the animals become infected. Maybe there was a dreadful disease worse than aids and the animals were all infected and God brought the ones into the ark that weren't. These are all hypotheical questions. If the bible doesn't reveal the reason we're just making educated guesses.

There was not enough room, and there were only 8 people available to take care of the animals.

Secondly the animals taken on the Ark were most likely babies.

A living being how has come in this world must go one day..For eg. You have come in this world & you must died one day. This is the cycle of births & rebirths. If the animals do not die there will be a chaos. This is the creation of god!!

Because God had considered them to have become unclean and a house cleaning was in order.
Also without the floods we would not have oil or coal to use.
