I know she likes me and I told her I didn't want to see her and now she is sick what should I do now?

Is she sick because she upset about you or is she just sick with like the flu?
If she is sick because of you then she may need more help then you gave her. See if you can talk some of her other friends into suggesting to her she seek help from a therapist.
If she is sick from the flu or cold, you could call and check on her. Maybe take her some chicken soup and magazines to help pass the time.
You need to stick to your guns and tell her you can only be her friend if that is what you want. People should not try to manipulate or control other people.

There are no diseases caused by saying no to a relationship. You are not making her sick.
