I wrote a question in Spanish by accident in the English section and it was erased!
why so harsh with me? it was a mistake! I apologize bu respect my inalienable right as Mexicano to the Freedom of Speech in my language! I am Mexicano, mi cultura es Latina, y mi Idioma es el Español.

I have a feeling Yahoo Answers is automated. With literally thousands of questions being answered per language version of the site per day, it would be hard and expensive for Yahoo to have people actually monitoring people's questions for adherence to the guidelines.

That being said, I figure what Yahoo has done is program a subroutine into their software that makes sure a question is *predominantly* in the language it is supposed to be in. If a few foreign words pop up in the question, it's okay (e.g. in the Languages section, where people ask things like "What does this foreign word mean?" all the time), but if the question has more foreign words than native words, the software will delete it automatically. If this is the case, then of course it isn't about being harsh.

What may alternately be the case is that Yahoo's software merely *flags* such questions for review by YA's staff, and in that case, they would have read it and decided it should be deleted. However, if this is the case, then I can't comment on whether it's about being harsh or not because, as you say, your question was deleted.

They can be kind of strict on the rules, so that's why you got erased. But I think it's only natural to have a U.S. Spanish forum section since it's such a common and important language in the U.S.

You lie alot because your Spanish questions are still open from 2 days ago and you've only been a member for 2 days. If you don't like it here go hop on the Spanish channel.
