I'm talking easy! I'm not a good cook. I want something like cook the chicken breast & add this sauce & it won't bring your sugar up. The end. I hate looking in my grocery store for ingridients I've never heard of or have used before.

get lean quizien tv dinners. they are nutritious and delicious and lss the sugar and carbohydrates are figured for you and they are pretty cheap. lots of different choices like you would get a restaraunts. I am diabetic and i eat them and my sugar stays right around 115.
