depends on where. expensive hotels should have it. accessing is the same. might have trouble outside of santiago with wifi but theres internet cafes everywhere unless you need specific program on your laptop. chile is cool good luck

Not sure about WiFi but there are a ton of internet cafes in Chile.

yes, plenty of hotspots including the subway where its free. when its charged, price depends of the provider
