he looks at me and stares.....idk..if he likes me....does he??? i asked him out becuz i thought he liked me and he said no but after dat he has been looking at me.....does he like me????every time i talk to one of muh guy fren he always has to know them.....i kinda like him but not really but i need to know if he likes me???even muh fren see him staring at me.....help me please..............

it's hard to understand guys. but in your case i think he does like you but he doesn't wanna ruin his reputation.
this happened to me and i got mad and made him jealous by goin out wit another guy. (but don't do that it's bad!)

Sometimes the direct approach is best, just ask. But if that seems too bold for your liking, look for the following signs. Pay attention to your conversations with the person in question.
1) Does this person show a special interest in having a conversation with you and, once started, make an effort to keep that conversation going?
2) Has this person taken a sudden interest in your life and hobbies? This is a sure sign that he or she is interested in something.
3) Other elements of body language include frequent eye contact, holding your gaze and looking down before looking away.
4) Does the person you're wondering about just plain smile at you a lot?

It sounds like he merely likes your attention, not that he is interested in you as a person. He liked that you asked him out and that he got to have the power to say no to you and turn you down. He probably views you as an ego boost. It doesn't look like there is a lot left to do besides flat out ignore him. You asked him out, he said no, now it's over. There will be a better guy to go out with.
