I really like this girl alot and I think she likes me and I want to start talking to her but we have practically nothing to talk about and it might seem awkward just randomly talking to her out of nowhere so what should I say to her?

You could start a conversation based on your immediate surroundings. Comment on a song that's playing that you enjoy, a smell of food you like, etc. and then let the conversation evolve into other opinions and stuff you are interested in. If she likes you, she really won't care how mundane the topic, she'll just be psyched that you are talking to her. It might be nice if you throw a complement to her in there also. invite her to go out...but make sure you will have some activites like shooting pool. SO if you guys have nothing to talk about, it doesn't feel awkward becasue you are playing. Or maybe the game could lead to a conversation.

ask her what kind things she likes to do for fun, then before you are finished talking with her invite her to go do the one you enjoy the most
