Zoe is a Greek word and just a name in English. Also, there are half a dozen different Celtic languages, about 20 Mayan languages, and about 10 Aztec languages. Which one do you want to write it in? But since it is just a name and not a "word", it would be written "Zoe" in all of them.

Forget for "Celtic".
a) Which Celtic language are you thinking of? Gaelic (Irish or Scots), Manx, Welsh, Breton?
b) None of them has a first name based on the word for "life"
c) and not all of them even use the letter z, and even in Breton that does, I'm not sure it can be used in the nominative case.
