I am 14 and never had a girlfriend and am only 5'0!!! and I hate my mom for not aborting me as a fetus! I am a damaged fetus I do not deserve to live in a tall persons world!! I mean shorter people have less dates less kids less marrige less jobs less pay less everything and am never going to get tall!?!? or get a girlfriend I am just gonna be a virgin for my hole life!?! no one takes me suriously or looks at me with respect!?! I hate my life where can I get steralized because I dont want my kids to go through this when I marry some midget wife since thats all am gonna get probley any way bcuz am so short and I dont wana make them suffer in a tall persons world?!!? my mom is so stupid for not aborting me!!!!!

You are 14. I know quite a few 14 year old young men that haven't had a girlfriend. My son was about 5 feet tall when he was 14, it took him a while to bloom.
I don't know who put the idea in your head that tall people have more dates, more kids, a higher marriage rate, better jobs, and more of everything. That is not true. The only thing more that taller people have is height.
There is nothing wrong with you. Give Mother Nature a few more years and you will see the world a bit differently.

You are 14 give yourself time.My brother was your height at 14 .By the time he was 20 he was 6 feet tall.By the way I married a shorter man.I am 5'6 he was 5'4 we had a great life and 4 beautiful children of all different heights.My youngest son is 5'2.He has a great very well paying job and a very beautiful tall wife.
Michael J Fox is only 5'4 .He believed in himself and went on to become a famous actor.
Life is what you make it.If you think your nothing ,that is what people will see.Focus on the good not the bad.If you believe in yourself others will start to believe in you also.

You need to calm down and hold on for one sec. Has a doctor told you that you are going to be a small person or dwarf? If not, you are only 14. There are many boys that age that are shorter than others. It is all a matter of pubity. I have raised 5 boys and they all hit their growth spirts at different times. One of my sons boomed at age 12 1/2. I have a 14 year old son now that is only 5'2. He has not had his growth spirt yet. My kids have all gotten them at mostly 14-19. I dont think you should worry so much. Also, you need to lay off your mom. She chose to give you life so you can do something wonderful and make your mark on society. One last suggestion, Therapy might help you with all the issues of anger and resentment you have. ?Good Luck...

oh darling! you aren't damaged because you are short! I always wanted to be short, I am 6'0 and it was impossible to find dates.. it seemed that all the tall guys wanted to date the short girls.. and the short guys wanted to date me! lol!
I was always head and shoulders above the crowds, I can look inside of my own kitchen cabinets without a chair.. I can change light bulbs flat footed! and when I go shopping, little old ladies ask me to hand them stuff from the top shelves! and I hear things like "don't you get nose bleeds from up there?" or my all time hated question "do you play basketball?" (which I don't)
but you know, God found a guy perfect for me.. we are the same height! which means I can't wear high heels.. and I even walked down the isle (to get married) barefoot! LOL!
you are perfect just the way that you are! you have a lifetime to find the right job and the right person for you.. God isn't finished with you yet!

You'll still grow and if it bothers you so much go to an endocrinologist (a doctor that specializes in endocrine system disorder, under the endocrine system is pituitary gland that regulates growth hormone) he/she can help you to maximize your growth potential, there are some medication out in the market that can help you to become taller, but consult a doctor first!!! And, its not about the height or color of skin that people will respect you, give respect to yourself and to others and they'll respect you in return. Don't blame your mom cause she didn't abort you, you should be thankful to her, really. Just give your self a time, you're 14 there still ample time to grow.

I have a three year old son and even if I knew
he was going to have deformity then I still would not have had an abortion.Your mother loves you very much and that is why she did not abort you.There is a special person out there
who will be your girlfriend but no one finds the
love of their life at 14 so don't worry.You have lots of time to look for your "one". Please
take it easy young one.Don't say things like this.
It would break your moms heart.Because it breaks mine.

You're fourteen! PLEASE don't panic. My brother just turned fifteen and he's only 5'2. He's never had a girlfriend either. I'm eighteen and I've never had a boyfriend! Seriously, don't worry. A lot of guys don't grow until fifteen or sixteen years old. You'll probably shoot up tall in high school!
