If you mean Celtic type fonts, just google the words celtic fonts.
There are 14,700 hits for "celtic font" on google. Most of them are free.

AS their is more than one Celtic Lanugue and forms of writting. thats a bit hard.
But used my search engine to find a bunch of Celtic lands writtings.to pick from.
lets see where did I go to find this ? try writing free Celtic fonts in the search bar . the second or third one has the biggest and the best choices. forget the name of the site but it was at the top of the listings of sites.
