Where are all the tall chicks? Seriously, where can they be found? Finding a girl over 5'10 is like finding a 4 leaf clover.

hahahha, they aren't bending over to look at me, I'm 6'5...and I said over 5'10, as in 5'11+

They're in the former Yugoslavia.
No kidding, the women in the former Yugoslavia, especially Croatia/Bosnia are statistically some of the tallest women in the world and are also, even from a hetero female point of view, absolutely stunning.
Get yourself over there - they're all geared up for tourism, and it's a great country to visit.

5'10'' isn't quite as rare as a four leaf clover, but I believe the average height for a woman is 5'4'', so yes it's rare.
I am 5'7'' and I am taller than most of the women I know.
Somehow I still got away with using my sister's ID to get into bars underage... even though I am 3 inches taller than her... that leads me to believe most guys don't notice a girl's height in the way you obviously do (...or at least door guys don't anyhow).
