If she likes you "like that" you can say almost anything reasonable and get a very good response. But if you're friends, do not be surprised if she finds some excuse for you two not to date. Girls can like you as a friend without any interest in your romatically. Good luck!
Edit: WAIT! STOP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I see that someone suggested that you spill the beans to the girl. That is one of the very worst things you can do at this point. If you spill the beans that you like her "so much" etc. you will make her lose respect for you instantly! You may even ruin your chances with her even if she likes you. Women say they want "nice guys" or "sensitive guys" and so on, and the movies show stuff guys throwing themselves at women and succeeding, but the bottom line is that you will have big problems if you tell a girl how you feel so soon. You have to be at ease, confident, and restrained almost all the time or else you will cause big problems. Just ask her out somewhere periodically and keep it simple. Limit contact by phone and between dates, or else you risk saying too much and running out of things to say on dates (or even saying things that are better left unsaid). Make conversation and keep a good sense of humor about you. Avoid telling too much at once. That is how you will succeed with women. Good night!

you're already friends, so what's wrong with just asking her if she'd like to go to a movie or get some dinner?
you don't have to impress your friends, they already accept you. she already likes you, don't try to be someone different now.
extend the invitation for something simple not something big. after you go out and have a good time, just ask her if you can go out again the next night or in a couple days, she'll say yes.
keep it simple, that way you'll always stay friends as well. save big for a special occasion.

Just spill your feelings out about her and ask her out... after that kiss her... then walk out of the room and wait.. if she likes you alot she'll come after you! GOOD LUCK WITH THE REST!!

do something extraordinary like giving her a surprise date with tons of fresh flowers in it ... then give her food that you personally prepared then giv her a letter where you express all your feelings for her...that will be very sweet...
