it is the feeling that you are about to get your *** kicked...so use it to walk away slowly...anger gets pepl hurt it dose not help you when fights always rember that...a open mind and what is going on wins the war..not addrenalin or nerveous hands...you should only fight when need to ...fighting dose not show strangeth...a sharp mind dose...and words hurt more and stay longer then you think they do...so if you get nervous it is your body telling you it is not worth it and there is danger ahead...think of this the next time your anger kicks up ....if you put a ( D ) in front of anger it spells DANGER....anger will get you hurt ever time, and so will your addrenlin because you can't think fast enough..so clam down befor a fight and think what you are doing and ask your self is it worht it ...and if it is then think of how you are going to win the fight ......only if i had a few days to help teach you how to fight, and when to fight you would never have to worry about this

Adrenaline is poured into your system-it's the fight or flight response we inherited from our ancestors. once the fight is over it's still hard to calm down because the chemical is still in your system.

Every time you step into that ring, you know that you are risking your life (and other body parts) as well as life and limb of your opponent. Maybe you have more sense then you should have to be a boxer.

Good old adrenalin. Use it to hit harder and faster and use it to feel no pain.
