Well I really enjoy time with this girl... Let's call her... Katherine. Well Katherine is a sweet girl and a good friend to me. I think about her day and night. I know I like her and I want to tell her alot. I try several times a day. In fact today during out only class together we moved seats and I sit next to her now. I'm not sure how to approch her or how to say it or even how to sum up the courage to talk to her much at all... So and advice?

If you don't do nothing....that will be what happens...nothing! Take a chance. She's probably just waiting for you to make a move. Tell her that you wish you could talk to her outside school and say you want to have coffee with her sometime.

most girls still deep down think a guy should make the first move. you don't have to tell her right away that you like her. maybe ask her to a movie or something you know she likes and bring it up then? just do whatever you think feels right. i'm 18 and i just now recently found out a few guys that really liked me through the years that I also liked. neither of us did anything though because we were too scared. give it a shot, good luck

ok this is what you do.
first get bthe bullets out the gun so you can think with your brain not you pee pee.
second man up and tell her how u feel the worse she says is that she doesnt feel the same way. but you at least are on the road of getting over your fear with women

Just gradually flirt with her more, tickle her, lift her up and tell her jokes, start more physical contact like just brushing past her and hugging her and see how she responds. Soon you might be getting as close as close can be, with you and her getting it on big time. Hot huh, do it now.
