No. They have to be for medical conditions. Examples are dentists, doctors, hospitals, prescription drugs to combat a sickness, prescription eye-wear, contact lenze cleaner. Examples of stuff you can NOT write off are aspirin, vitamins, herbal tea, toothpaste, elective surgery like a face lift or nose job unless it is for reconstruction after an accident or disease.

No. you are expected to keep yourself clean because you want to, not because it might be tax deductible.
