Do you mean to have SEX?
Well, the natural way, of course, generally with a guy and a gal, together, in private, with low light and soft music. Lots of kissing and other foreplay; so much foreplay that she can't take it any longer, and begs you to do it.
After that, if you don't know what to do, your hard drive has crashed, and you need a reboot!

SEX-Preferably with someone other than just yourself, I would suggest a book for pointers but you should know how to read and write to do it. . But if it SAX you are talking about and not SEX like you have indicated, I like mine with a glass of wine and soft lighting...makes the music come alive.

I'd consult with an experienced clerk in a music store. They can advise you on choosing an alto or soprano sax, and on finding a saxophone teacher.
