I'm 20 and I'm attracted to older women like 30-50. But never been in a relationship with one.
How might I approach a woman of such age and get something going, whether casual sex or a relationship?

Be persistent...make sure you compliment her a lot. Try to find interesting things to talk about without being too opinionated. We have had our share of experiences, both good and bad. If we are considering someone younger it is because we need to feel like we use to, with no responsibilities. We don't want to have to think too much so don't try to appear to be more knowledgeable than you are because we will see through it. Just be yourself and make us feel sexy and beautiful any way that you can think of.

Attitude has a LOT to do with it.
The older the gal u get the more direct of an answer u'll get about sex.
Around age 55ish, they have been there...done that and on the downslope of their career and wanna have fun.
Before age 50, they are still climbing the ladder of success and are very caught up on image...
You'll like 55+ gals...

Be confident and passionate about what you do and be a good listener. Most older gals don't get a chance to express their views with guys their age... (50+), so listening is a PLUS.
Overkill on compliments is a NO-GO. You'll look like ur trying too hard. NOT GOOD!
Gentle touches and eye contact will get you far than some lame act of buying roses!

An older, more experienced woman could teach you much. Let her do her thing. If you make it clear you are available, she will make it happen.
Then, what you learn from her you can apply to women your own age. They will love you for it and soon word will get around that you know what you are doing. People talk.
Go for it. Ask her out for some coffee.

Cougars are the best . They are smart . They have a good head on there shoulders .They compromise with you .They love to have sex .Having sex for them is not a power trip ...its just about having sex not about domminance or control or submission.
