You can't. Some good girls advertise what they aren't selling and some naughty girls wear long skirts and hoodies.
As much as I hate to say it, reputation goes a long way. If you talk to a girls friends, normally you can puzzle these things out sooner or later. This is a good reason to always move slowly. You never know whether a girl is a virgin wanting a first time or a lady with 3 STDs. While I hate to pigeon hole girls, it is better as a guy to get to know these things if a girl is moving quickly.

If you start to do the wild thing and she has the names, addresses and telephone numbers for all the free clinics in the city on her bed's headboard and a plastic holder filled with brochures entitled "So this is your first STD," this sometimes might be an indicator.

Sometimes by the way she dresses, but not always. More than likely if you go to the bar, the girls trying to get all the guys to buy them fre drinks... they are the ones who will sleep with anyone

Sometimes a girl may dress a little more exposed than other girls. They are also more straight foreward as far as flirting goes. They are also out spoken (louder) in general.
