Remember its a date , a date is to help get to know the person . So share some popcorn drink seperate drinks though , maybe hold her hand or put your arm around her , which ever she is comfortable with , try to be quite the gentleman , and not seem to forward. First impressions are lasting impressions.

Well shy in Seatle,
I suggest the direct approach......lean in, and whisper during a particulary boring part, that you need some mouth lovin', and how.
While this may not immediately get you results, you can play it off as a joke if it doesn't go over well. Then at least you know where you stand

Buy her some popcorn and a drink, and watch the movie. Save anything else for in private. Show her some respect in public (and in private).

personally, I wouldnt go much beyond holding her hand in a movie theatre being that most ushers in theatres are trained to watch for that kinda stuff and theres always someone thats going to be watching (other customers, ushers, projectionishts, etc)...hold her hand during the movie and save the other stuff for a little later when you are out alone

With the cost of movies being as high as they are, you might try actually watching it.
Make your moves when the two of you are alone somewhere.

Poke a hole in the bottom of the the popcorn container and stick you tallwacker in it then offer some popcorn to your date.
