A lutino bird (any species...) will lack all pigmentation exept for yellow. So, the bird will have uyellow and white feathers, pink feet, bill, and cere (the "nose" of a budgie parakeet), and deep pink or pale blue irises of the eyes, with a pink pupil like an albino. Many females will fail to produce eggs, although males are often fertile. Due to the coloring and fertility issues, sexing a lutino can be difficult...

Lutino is a color of a bird not a breed. The color is a very pretty light yellow with possibly a little bit of white. The lutino color most often represents a Cockateil.
Sorry if i spelled the breed of the bird wrong.

a lutino is an INO which could be lutino or albino.yellow is a green series bird and white is a blue series bird.so take a normal green bird and remove all the green from it and you are left with a bird all yellow.but the bird must have RED eyes or it not a lutino.
i have about 200 at the moment.

It's a species or anything, but the guy above is right about the color. You see Lutino color especially in Cockatiels.
