Hey there!
Excersise 30 minutes a day!
Drink 2 full cups of water BEFORE you eat, that way your stomach would be full and then you will eat less.
Eat every 2 hours (Light snack, or fruit) this way your body would not be hungry and will eat in small portion.
Avoid Fried stuff, always eat grilled or baked.
Minimize your calories....
Take vitamins....
And goodluck! should see some results in a month!

Regular exercise is best. You can start out with walking several times a week and then maybe do some running. If you have access to weights, I would recommend lifting weights one or two times a week. Lifting weights helps build muscle and the more muscle you have, the more calories your body burns. Also, you will burn more calories when you are exercising. So you may not even have to cut down on what you eat by all that much. Select healthy food to eat and eat reasonable portions and you will lose weight.

Dont really diet. Just cut out of sugary foods and fried food. Drink water or 100% juice instead of soda. Eat in moderation, so eat until you are just full. Don't skip meals b/c it'll make you more hungry and eat more during the next meal, so eat healty snacks like fruit and yogurt. Do a little crunches, squats, and walk more and you're set to go.

Diets do not work. 99% of people gain the weight back. Here is how it works. No one teaches the animal what to eat and what not to eat. He knows instinctively what to eat. Humans also have the same instinct. The way it works is just eat whatever tastes good and that will be healthy for you and non-fattening. That is why a baby tastes everything. So again whatever tastes good, is good for you. This is why you will spit out spoiled milk.
But wait!!! Man has the technology to create rat poison. It tastes like healthy food (good taste) but kills the rat. So man has done that to you. Note- any food unaltered by man (uncooked) that tastes good, is good for you. So if you are stranded in the woods, that is how you know what to eat (cooking changes that). So man has created fake fruit. It tastes like fruit that exists in nature but it is terrrible for health, addictive and fattening called sweets.
So it is natural to like real sweets called fruit, like a baby does, but they have fooled you just like the rat. But they do not want to kill you. They want you to become obese so you will buy lots of their foods. This is called GOOD BUSINESS. Cut your carbs down to 40, or less, per day.....cut down on your portions and excercise at least 4 days a week for 30-45 minutes....walking, running or on a machine...you should lose an average of about 4 pounds a week.....good luck

Just have whatever you are having (no junk food plz.)
- at fixed time schedule .
- eat little less than fullfilling your stomach.
- do regular 20-30 mins. exercise, or aerobics or yoga
whatever suits you.
- take adequate rest .
- have positive mental attitude towards your life.

eat an apple before every meal. this way you feel full and it is healthy. you will still eat your luch etc, but since you alreadyate the apple you wont be so hungry. drink lots of water, and walk heaps

do not fast or crash diet. i'm fasting right now(4 my religion) and i am gaining weight. just put some cool tunes into your cd player and dance

Eat health, eat full breakfast, don't eat 2 hours before bedtime. Walk, bike, move around, do excersie regularly, cardio and weight.
Please don't storve yourself.
