A peace treaty is now what the US and Israel wants. They want land and power.

Peace Treaty with Iran? Why? Forgive me but did I miss something?Are we at war with Iran as I answer your question.
I didn't see it on the news or the Internet. Has it gone nuclear yet? OK, sorry but I think you get the point...how can can we sign a peace treaty with Iran unless we are actually at war or in direct military combat with their military.
If armed military conflict erupts between us and Iran short of the use of nuclear weapons one of two documents will be signed to cease hostilities. One...we will sign a peace treaty as most people understand it.
Two...if Iran fails to surrender unconditionally them we are looking at an outcome similar to the Korean War...an Official Cease Fire. That's correct, must Americans have forgotten or never knew that North Korean never surrender to South Korea and the UN Forces. That's the major reason were have such a large military force at the N&S Korean border.

As others have already mentioned, (some in more colorful ways than others) a peace treaty first requires a war.

Not with Iran in it's current state.
Iran is the main cause for the war's in the middle east..

yes , the day after iran totally surrenders to us. or the day after they have killed every Christian, white, Jew, and other non muslim on earth; which is what they want to accomplish! What do you think??
