how to make beautiful curls with my straight hair?

ok so...

i dont have any hot curlers or velcro ones. i have this curling jell and it said i should scrunch my hair after the shower w/ it but when it dries it just goes back to normal and it looks horrible my mom wont let me get a 1 inch curling iron all i have is a 1/2 inch one and it wont curl HELP!!!

Braid your hair while its wet. If you want you could apply a little mousse or gel before you braid it. You can make just a few or alot of little ones. Sleep on it tonight then take it down in the morning. Try not to comb it, just pick em apart.

If your mom won't let you get a 1 inch iron, will she let you get good professional products? If so then go to a salon and buy a gel that helps make curls. There is one made by Matrix in a lime green bottle that enhances curls. A 1 inch iron would really help make a great size curl. Maybe you can do some extra chores to earn some extra money ...then by it yourself.

I easily have very immediately hair besides. I curl my hair with a curing iron via spraying some million inch sections w/ hairspray then curling it in the iron conserving for some seconds then freeing slowling conserving the barrel vertically and slowly freeing my hair. sometime i'm going to start up w/ my hair in a pony tail and curl it then permit it down and end the leftover immediately hairs. To scrunch, I somewhat dry my hair and then put in moose, hairspray, hair gel...despite I easily have, and scrunch conserving it in fistfulls on the brink of my head. As i scrunch i blowdry. shop doing this throughout till needed look :) desire this facilitates

theres these things called hot sticks now i have dead straight hair and my great aunt has some of these hot sticks and she did my hair for a wedding i went to it looked great but it started falling out after 3-4 hours so hot sticks are good if you want a short term curl like 4 a party or something but if you want permanant y not get it permed(oh and if you get hot sticks dont get hard ones u can get soft ones and they r better 4 yuor hair

this will sound crazy but it works. good old tin foil. take an end piece of your hair cut small squares of foil. put the end of your hair between the foil and fold in half. roll the foil as if it was one of those scrunchy curlers. roll all the way to the scalp and then twist to keep it together. Sleep on it over night and you wake up with beautiful curls. use small sections of hair on each foil wrap. have fun and good luck.

you should keep the curling iron on for longer, so it stays a lot longer, and it looks a lot better, had the same thing happen to me!!
