first off...my boyfriend asked my sister (well she is actually my best friend but lives with me and we have known each other our whole lives) if i would cheat on him...then we got into an arguement and afterwards he told me that some people have told him he can do much better than me and he said yeah i prolly can...i got very mad when he told me that and i asked him if he can do so much better why he doesnt so was i in the wrong?

He was first off showing his insecurities by asking if you would cheat...if he thinks he could do better, then why would he care if you did cheat? And NOOO you weren't wrong for the confrontation. Immature men have a tendency to talk to our best friends when they are looking to hook up with THEM.

First of all he should trust you. I f he thought he could do better he would.So he probably said that to make you mad because you told him off People usually strike back when they are mad.

What a JERK OFF... A true caring boyfriend would have never said that to you, even if someone really did say that !! It doesn't say much for the "some people" he is associated with. they are probably JERK OFF's too. He sounds arrogant, immature, extremely childish & will never be able to keep any decent relationship with that high opinion of himself. If he treated me like that, he'd be licking the pavement about now and he wouldn't ever be allowed back in my house.
