Wicca in and of itself no, a Wiccan organization can apply for such status, but since a coven cannot exceed 13 members it is rarely practical. I am the former Administrative Director of a Druidic Grove, and we were tax exempt as a Church in the great state of Texas. Can't speak for other states.

there are several Wiccan churches that have tax exempt status. as well as several other Pagan spiritual churches that have the same status.

each organisation has to apply seperatly for tax status. religions in general are not tax exempt. each new building must file for the tax status. unless it is part of a larger tax exempt org.

for example.

the first protestant church of maryland. would have a federal and state tax exemt status, any church in the state by that name and under that org. would be covered under the status of the first. however they must all be reported together.
now if a church that was part of the same org. wanted to open just acrost the West Virginia border. they would have to re-apply their tax status for state but not federal. unless they changed the name to first protestant of west virginia.

Wiccan and Pagan churches are not generaly hevaly organised.
when you dee a Wiccan\pagan church it will probally be a small and individual Church and will probally be incorperated as a 501c4 not for profit religious org.

so in answer to your question no Wicca does not have tas exempt status. but niether does Christianity or Islam or Buddahism. however many seperate churches of these many religions have a tax exempt status.

In most states, you have to have a non-profit status as a religious organization. Then you are entitled to tax exemption.
They will give you an ID number to prove it to businesses.
