Stress can cause nausea. Look into what you have going on in your life and examine it carefully.
Good Luck

Probablly this is a case of colitis. There is probably swelling of the intestines. It must have been in the making for a long time and perhaps you had some previous warning which you may bave ignored as indigestion.Perhaps you are fond of spicy and oily food. My friend had the same symptom but a long treatment with homeopathic medicines finally brought relief.Take as much butter mils(sans cream) with just a suggestion of salt/sugar(eit her) If you are a non-veg try to keep away for some time or reduce the intake in addition ensuring that it is neat and clean These days many an afflictions related to non-veg e;g. eggs, chicken, beef have marked their presence.I think ulcer has been ruled out since the doctor's tests would have exposed it. Prepare for a hard grind but no need to despair. Colitis is not a killer disease. With cajoling it does come round.

Sounds like stress if the doctor cannot find a problem.
Had a similar problem after surgery. The specialist I finally fuond said: Go on a bland diet for three months. That means no spices. Take the OTC Pepto four times a day, it really helps.
And learn to relax.

Check out www.hufa.org - the symptoms link. Nausea and lack of appetite may be symptoms of low blood sugar. If you have more than just those two, read the article at the low blood sugar link for ideas on what to do.
5 minute oatmeal for breakfast three times a week and salmon once a week may help take care of the problem.

I felt the same thing some months ago, and after a lot of exams i was diagnosed crohn´s disease, however only by your symthoms it could be any other thing really!
Go to a specialist doctor (normal doctors usually dont know a thing) and you can do two exams :
colonscopy (sorry if misspeled)
contrast rays to your bowel(small intestine)
Hope you´ll get better, after being diagnosed and started treatment i did:)

Don't want to scare you or anything, but this can be important.
My neighbors friend had an upset stomach for 3-4 weeks..She even had diarrhea a lot, nausea.(no fever)....She took Pepto Bismol for the upset stomach finally..........but with her next bowel movement, it was very black..Scarry black
Went in to see her doctor who did blood test and a colonoscopy(not painful at all) She winds up having colon cancer....She hadn't been to the doctor for a check-up, or even a pap test in years.....like 10 or more she said...Now she is sorry...Her cancer is really bad...............

Sounds like you may have damage to the linings of your stomach.
Do you have acid reflux?
Get a second opinion.
Meanwhile, make yourself eat some cottage cheese, dry wheat toast, or whole grain toast, dry.
Get well soon. Let us know what you heard, in your comments.

Have you had your allergies checked? See an allergist and getting skin testing might be a good idea. Try taking a pepcid morning and night and a claritan once a day and see if that helps.

Ask the doctors to take a stool specimen. You may have Giardia, or a bacterial infection in your intestines.
Tell them to examine your stool. I know that it's nasty, but I think they'll find the source there.
