Does anyone know about having body cramps?

I have them under my ribs, in my feet, back, legs, stomach, basicly
all over my body.

I have talked to the doctor about this...he just really doesn'tget it.

Bananas, calcium, potassium doesn't help..Sometimes the cramps feel like it goes deep into the bone..

Thanks for any help...

Check out the website at www.hufa.org. Check the symptoms link. If you are also having other symptoms that can be low blood sugar related, read the article at the low blood sugar link about how to self test, and what to eat, to help relieve the pains.

5 minute oatmeal for breakfast and salmon for lunch or dinner (both 1-3 times per week) may help, while you are teaching yourself about low blood sugar.

Take 250 mg of magnesium with each meal til cramps subside.
Then take 1 mg of magnesium for every 2 mg calcium you take.
