Satan has a lot of power... GOD gave it to him. he was once an angel... but he is using his powers for evil... to get people to go to hell... he belives in GOD himself... he got kicked out of Heaven becuase he wanted to be higher than GOD... he wanted to BE GOD... Satan is the one that inflicted all of the pain and suffering that Job went through in the Old Testament. GOD allowed him to, the only thing he coudln't do was kill him... so yes, satan can do all the signs and wonders that are in the Bible

We know that the antichrist will do many miracles and speak of peace, we were warned about that in the book of Revelations. God also told us that many will come in His name as an angel of light but being only a ravening wolf. He told us that we should be guided by the Holy Spirit so we won't be deceived, that we should test all spirits, He gave us the gift of discernment, He also told us to be sober, vigilant and walk in the Spirit. Relax we will know the difference, God will lead the way.

It's impossible to deceive Gods elect.If it were then we would all go to hell. This doesn't mean that Satan will not try.

Once Satan was a mighty Cherub (Heavenly Being like Angel).
God has given him Power and Authority. He was the wisest among all other creation.All these made him to rebel against God.
Ezekiel 28: 12Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyrus, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord GOD; Thou sealest up the sum, full of wisdom, and perfect in beauty.
13Thou hast been in Eden the garden of God; every precious stone was thy covering, the sardius, topaz, and the diamond, the beryl, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the emerald, and the carbuncle, and gold: the workmanship of thy tabrets and of thy pipes was prepared in thee in the day that thou wast created.
14Thou art the anointed cherub that covereth; and I have set thee so: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou hast walked up and down in the midst of the stones of fire.
15Thou wast perfect in thy ways from the day that thou wast created, till iniquity was found in thee.
16By the multitude of thy merchandise they have filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned: therefore I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God: and I will destroy thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
17Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty, thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I will cast thee to the ground, I will lay thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
The King of Tyrus is reffered to the Cherub (Heavenly being) who was in charge of that area. For example,
Daniel 10 : 13But the prince of the kingdom of Persia withstood me one and twenty days: but, lo, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me; and I remained there with the kings of Persia.
