Hi z9y2a8sdf32q. The other comforter Christ speaks about is himself. He is speaking about the Trinity.
John 14:16-17 "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another comforter, that He may abide with you forever— 17 the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you. 18 I will not leave you orphans; I will come to you." Jesus was speaking to the Apostles when He said this but He was speaking to all believers also.
We find similar language in Matthew 13:13 " Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand."
Who is Jesus speaking about in Matthew 13:13? The unsaved. He continues in John 14:18:
"I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you."
Christ is telling us He will come to us as the Holy Spirt, the Comforter.
John 15:26 "But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall testify of me:"
Jesus is speaking about the Truth, the true Gospel that He will preach and He is preaching today through the Bible and believers that are true to his Word.
In John 14:6 Jesus tell us He is the truth: "Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me."

You answered it in your own question. Even the Spirit of Truth(holy spirit)which proceedeth from the Father(which comes from God).
Look also at John 20:21-22 "Then said Jesus to them again, "Peace be unto you: as my father hath sent me, even so I send you."
And when he had said this, he breathed on them., and saith unto them,"Receive ye the Holy Ghost:"

Read on into Acts Chapter 1 and 2 - Jesus is obviously refering to the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is the one who draws us to and reveals the truth of Jesus to us. Whether we believe or deny what he shows us is up to us.

He is the Holy Spirit and he testifies of Jesus by revelation of Scripture. He is the comfort of inner peace amidst turmoil that is Jesus with us on earth. He is the comfort that comes when no other can. A Christian can feel His presence.
