I'm sorry, I meant in general.
I'm just curious. And when you say dark hair color, do you mean dark as in black, or dark as in dark brown?

I've lived in Italy for two years now, and the majority of Italians have what many people call olive skin. They get extremely dark in the Summer time, but their natural skin tone is normally darker then most white Americans. There is always the exception, and you'll see one with blond hair or blue eyes, but not often.
Their eye color is either dark brown or hazel, and their hair is very black.
They are truly some of the most beautiful people I have ever seen.

Some Russians are pale in fact most are. Some of the people mentioned especially Greek and southern Italians have an olive colored skin tone. Its like a rich tan not like an Indian more like a Latina but to me the difference is apparent. These people probably just dont know much about peoples race. And we dont have too many people from India around so it could be just they dont many so they assume your a type of European.

I have Italian heritage and depending on what part of Italy you're from having ancestry to Africa is possible. That's what give us the ethnic features and skin.

My boyfriend is just a typical italian man:
black-haired, big brown eyes, skin the colour of cinnamon (it seems Xtina's Song "Infatuation"...;-P), tall and deep voice.
Well, sure he is, he's italian!
I'm italian too, but my eyes are light green/blue and my hair truly light-blonde. Fortunately my skin get tanned, even if it has a light tone.
Anyhow, me and my boyfriend are the symbol of the ancient people who lived in Italy:
Romans - dark and tanned
Etruscans - blonde and nordic.
Kisses from Tuscany!

if you have blonde hair it will naturally get bleached by the particular sun in the summer. There had been this guy in my class who also had golden blonde hair that has been a medium brown near the bottom. When he came back to school after summer vacation, it was nearly platinum blonde!
