I've had the following symptoms for about a month
swollen, painful (right) underarm
joint pain
headaches
fatigue
I've had spotty vision followed by a brief period of black vision for about a week. I've been tested for mono, lyme disease, catscratch fever, and a multitude of other tests. they all came back negative. What could I have? I've got no fever, and I'm thirteen, if that makes a difference.

My step son had something similar. It was nonsero-arthritus, normally caused by a gastro intestinal infection that does not show up on blood work (hince the nonsero in the name). I forget what the doctor gave him to treat it. He did grow out of it though and doesn't suffer from it anymore. But what you discribe pretty much is what he suffered from.

Have you had any accidents that could have hurt your back or neck and caused injury to your discs/spine? This is probably a long shot...and I am a lot older than you, but I have had some of the same symptoms and I have two bulging discs in my neck. If you are feeling that bad it would be worth having a doctor do an MRI on your neck and upper and lower back. Good Luck!

Try a look at The Yeast Connection by Dr W. Crook, or Digestive Wellness by Elizabeth Lipski. They have a lot of info that you may find pertinent to your problem.
Good luck!

sounds like psychosomatic. (in you mind) maybe you are just stressed out. take a break. take a deep breath. think happy positive thoughts. just take it easy. realize that there are 6 billion people on the planet.and you life is probably better off than 5 billion of your fellow humans. i don't know. i just think most sickness is due to stress. you are 13, so you probably have a lot of peer pressure. don't worry about what people think of you. just be yourself.

If I were your parents, I would have the doctor order a CT scan on you. Sounds like it may be something serious.
